In SAS® High-Performance Markdown Optimization, the following exception might be generated when you attempt to modify the budget within the client:

The exception is generated when the budget is loaded through ETL using the STG_BUDGET table, and BUDGET_NM is null.

To work around the issue, make sure that BUDGET_NM is not null in the STG_BUDGET table.
